Returns
At Panache Gifts we endeavour to supply only the highest quality products. However in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with the quality of the product we will refund you. We must be informed of any returns within 7 days of receiving your order and the items must be returned in their original state.
Returns procedure
1. Contact us.
2. You will be given a returns number. This number must be shown clearly on the outside of any returns packaging. Unfortunately we cannot accept any return item without a returns number.
3. The goods and the original receipt must be returned in their original packaging with 7 days of the returns number being issued.
4. Once the returned goods have been checked we will notify you and providing the terms and conditions stated have been met, we will promptly refund you.
5. Packages must be returned pre-paid.
6. Any product which you return to us is your responsibility until they reach us. For your own protection we therefore suggest you use a secure delivery method which required signature upon delivery.
Faulty Goods
If the goods you have ordered are found to be faulty, or sent incorrectly , we will cover the cost of all postage.

When you visit Panache Gifts or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. By doing so you consent
to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this website. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
