Delivery
We will always aim to despatch your order as soon as posible from the time of your order receipt. If there is going to be a delay, for any reason, we will inform you.
All quoted delivery times are from the time of despatch of your order, and are based on standard working days Monday-Friday. Delivery on weekends and bank holidays is not available unless by special request, and is at a surcharge. Please contact us should you require delivery on these days.
However, in the event that the item is out of stock we will inform you of the expected delivery date and will not charge until that time.

Postage is by Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day delivery.
All parcels need to be signed for, so please arrange an appropriate address for this service. Overseas - best delivery rates will be negotiated and confirmed once your order is placed.
